We will need your defective unit to be returned.
If you see EXCHANGE REQUIRED in the listing means there is no sell if you do not have an exchange unit. You will need to contact us to keep your credit card on file if defective unit is not returned. If we do not receive the unit back within 14 days of sale date or if it is evaluated not repairable the credit card on file will be charged the additional 50%.
